Guest Ratings & Reviews
The Queen room was very, very, very small and nothing like the pictures shown, but the rest of the hotel was pretty comfortable, though perhaps not excellent. At £400 a night, I feel it's a little overpriced for what you get compared to elsewhere. The wardrobe and storage space were really limited in our room.
My stay was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and spotless, which was great considering that other hotels in the same price range and location had very small rooms with limited storage. The service was kind and helpful, with the downside of noise from the cleaning staff. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Central Park, Times Square, and the subway. However, the noisy cooling tower was a drawback. The dining experience was quite expensive, and the variety was poor, especially for the price. Despite this, the hotel offered good facilities and was conveniently located near various attractions.
This hotel is in a great location, near popular attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The rooms were clean and good-sized, but my window on the 8th floor didn't close properly, causing a cold draught and noise. The service was friendly and accommodating, though there was a misunderstanding about terrace access. The location was fantastic for exploring Midtown, close to everything we needed. The dining options were okay, but the free breakfast was limited. Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.
Despite some drawbacks in the rooms, the hotel offers a fantastic location with easy access to NYC attractions. The service was a bit inconsistent but overall good. The dining experience was basic, but there are great breakfast options nearby. The facilities are decent, contributing to a satisfactory stay overall.
The hotel is in a vibrant location close to many attractions, but the rooms may not meet expectations. The service is decent, and the dining options are limited. Overall, a decent choice for a convenient stay.
The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city, being close to top attractions, but noise from the cooling tower can be bothersome at night. The rooms, although small, are modern and spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The dining options are a mix of basic and delightful, with room for improvement. Overall, it offers good value for what you pay, especially considering the convenience of the location.
The hotel rooms are on the smaller side for US standards and can be noisy with a strange smell, but they are quite compact. The service was a mix of unhelpful and self-involved encounters but had some great moments like receiving help from the security guard. The location is superb, within walking distance to many attractions and close to the metro. Dining options were limited and expensive. Overall, the hotel offers a great location but falls short in room size and service quality.
The hotel's location is excellent, especially for Broadway shows and close to Central Park and Times Square. The rooms, while facing the inside of the building, were not as clean as expected and felt a bit claustrophobic due to dirty windows. The service was rushed and not overly helpful. The dining options were underwhelming, and the facilities lacked in-room amenities like tea and coffee.
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms, however, they are a bit small for the price paid. The service was exceptional with attentive staff and maintenance support. The location is superb, providing easy access to different metro stations and tourist sites. Despite being within walking distance of major attractions, better window insulation would be beneficial. The dining options are a bit pricey, ranging between $70-$90, with some gluten-free choices available.
I chose this hotel mainly for its location, which turned out to be very good, especially if you're in town for a Broadway show or to enjoy Central Park and Times Square. The rooms were quite disappointing, poorly lit, and smaller than expected, lacking furnishings. The service, though, was accommodating, and the hotel had a pleasant smell. The dining options were very basic, and the breakfast selection was minimal. The proximity to Central Park and Times Square was truly amazing, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to theaters, restaurants, and shops, with friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable, although limited in storage space. The service of the staff was friendly and accommodating, but the checkout experience was not the best. The dining options were limited, making breakfast organization easier. Overall, a great spot for leisure close to Central Park and various attractions.
